Do you have a favourite?
I do have a favourite - the pink one.
It is my favourite because it was given to me by a friend for my 16th birthday as a test of my responsibility.
I think they discussed getting me fish or sea monkeys, but didn't think I'd pass the test, and so decided it would be morally wrong to get me anything that would feel pain as I slowly killed it.
Anyway, for me, that pink plant is far more than just a birthday present from a long time ago, it is concrete evidence that I can surpass everyone's expectations of me, even if it happens by accident. =)
That plant is invincible, anyway. Coz I went on holiday for 6 weeks, came back, and it was all brown and crispy and dead, and then I poured water on it, and it resurrected itself.
And also, my friend put a swirly 'A' for 'Anna' on the flower pot with a glitter glue pen. That's pretty cool too. =)
Wow, thats like a Jesus-esque plant coming back from the dead. Seamonkies would never do that!
But the pink one does look really pretty.
